We are looking for an administration assistant to join our Newcastle-under-Lyme office.

Role Description
You will work within our Administration department, to support the team in a number of ways.
Your role will include the following:
- Assisting the administration and marketing team with various tasks
- Covering our reception desk, answering and directing phonecalls
- Ensuring practice databases are complete and accurate
- Communicating with clients and team managers
Profile
You will be:
- proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word etc.
- able to follow instructions in a proactive and efficient manner
- Able to work under pressure
- Passionate about offering a high-quality service to clients
- Friendly, and able to communicate clearly to both your colleagues and clients.
- Have great time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
