Jeremy brings a pro-active approach to service delivery to clients, ensuring that they receive a balanced commercial view rather than merely performing the basic compliance function. He believes in fighting for his clients best interests, supporting them, and where necessary, challenging them to bring the best out of themselves and their businesses.

Jeremy grew up in his family coach business. The experience taught him how to deal with people from all walks of life and gave him the motivation to improve the performance of owner-managed businesses. He has over 20 years of experience in practice, providing advice to SMEs and not for profit entities. He is the firm’s audit specialist, ensuring that the firm delivers robust quality audits equivalent to those of large national firms.

As well as being an audit specialist, Jeremy has significant experience in solving tax / accounting / financing / strategic issues which businesses may confront, including valuations, strategic reviews, forecasting, raising finance, restructuring, acquisitions, exit planning, MBOs and management information system reviews.
